Purchases are completed on our authorised partner store; the partner's terms apply to payment, invoicing and dispatch of the order.

Medical devices must be used according to the instruction manual and, where applicable, on the advice of a qualified clinician.

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Opened consumables — masks, tubing, cannulae and filters — are not refundable unless faulty on arrival.

Faulty devices reported within 48 hours of delivery are replaced free of charge.

Free insured shipping on orders above ₹1,999; a flat ₹149 handling charge applies below that value.

Dispatch happens within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Metro deliveries usually take 3–5 working days and other locations 5–7 working days.

Heavy items are delivered by a specialist courier who calls ahead to arrange a convenient time.
