Once the order is placed you receive a confirmation with tracking details by SMS and email. For help finding an order, call us with the registered phone number.

Insured shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹149 handling charge.

Most devices reach metro addresses in 3–5 working days and other locations in 5–7 working days. Large items such as concentrators and wheelchairs are delivered by a specialist courier who will call before arriving.

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value.

For hygiene reasons, masks, tubing, nasal cannulae and filters cannot be returned once the seal is broken unless they arrived damaged.

Damaged or wrong items: report within 48 hours with photographs and we arrange a free replacement pickup.

Oxygen concentrators, CPAP and BiPAP machines carry a 2-year comprehensive warranty. Nebulisers, oximeters and monitors carry a 1-year warranty. Batteries are covered for 1 year.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal home use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, unauthorised repair or consumables.

To raise a claim, keep the invoice and device serial number handy and contact support. Most claims are resolved within 3–5 working days.

Do I need a prescription? Oxygen therapy and sleep therapy devices should be used on medical advice. We recommend sharing your prescription or sleep study with our advisor before ordering.

Is installation included? Yes — our service partner assists with first-time setup and a flow demonstration for concentrators and sleep therapy machines.

Can I get a demo? Ask on WhatsApp and we will arrange a video walkthrough of the device before you buy.

Do you supply to clinics? Yes, we support bulk and institutional orders with GST invoicing.
