IHHT (Intermittent Hypoxic Hyperoxic Training) is a non-invasive and safe therapy. It can be applied with multiple devices to transform an entire room or training area into a low-oxygen environment, or used independently with a single device and an oxygen mask. The therapy alternates between inhaling hypoxic (low-oxygen) and hyperoxic (high-oxygen) air at set intervals, simulating the effects of altitude training and delivering remarkable health benefits without the strain of intense physical exertion.

IHHT-I
Supports two oxygen levels: hypoxic and hyperoxic.
IHHT-Ⅱ
- Upgraded total-session timer.
- Automatically switches to high-oxygen mode to safeguard users when blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) falls below the preset threshold.
- Supports three oxygen levels: hypoxic, normoxic, and hyperoxic.

- Real-Time SpO₂ Monitor
The IHHT training system continuously monitors blood oxygen saturation and automatically adjusts oxygen delivery in real time. If SpO₂ falls below 85% for the selected delay period (0–30 minutes), it switches to hyperoxic mode. Once SpO₂ rises above the recovery threshold—94% by default and adjustable from 90% to 97%—the system resumes hypoxic training, supporting a safer and more consistent session. - Heart Rate-Based Control
Training modes can also be controlled using preset heart rate thresholds. The IHHT training system switches to hyperoxic mode if the heart rate exceeds 160 bpm and returns to hypoxic mode once it falls below 136 bpm. Both thresholds are adjustable from 50 to 200 bpm, with a configurable response delay of 0–30 minutes. - Interval Training
The IHHT training system automatically alternates between hypoxic and hyperoxic phases, delivering a seamless interval training experience without manual adjustment. The duration of each phase can be set from 0 to 30 minutes.
